Scheduling
So now that we have a list of inspections that have been assigned to us, browse up and down the page noting the locations and making decisions about which one to call first . . .
Here's a closer look at the list of inspections in the Assign list or the Scheduling list if you prefer, they are one in the same.:

Points of interest include the location column and the link labeled "Schedule" and the data in the "location column."
The Location column is useful when deciding whom to call first. I have requested that these lists be sortable by column name, but it was way down in priority of requests so it may never happen. I would gladly fix it if they would only just let me . . .
OK, now were ready to make our first call. Lets pick an inspection to try and schedule.
Click the link labeled "Schedule" and presto:

Then just a moment later, the Scheduling Box appears:

A lot happens in this little and easy to use box. Let me explain the circles:
- Orange
- The homeowners contact info
- Red
- The field marked 1st is a required field. It's looking for a date
- Click this field, magic occurs:
. . . very helpful magic! - Use the "Date Picker" to enter a date (you can also type it if you prefer to keep your hands on the keyboard).
- IF you get that date with the sexy senior citizen, Mr Lautar, then move to the blue circle in the Scheduling box.
- Click this field, magic occurs:
- This field, awkwardly labeled "Inspection Scheduled Date," is a required field
- Click in this box to open another date picker, use it to enter a date.
- The field marked 1st is a required field. It's looking for a date
- Blue
- Suspend
- This check box lets you suspend an Inspection.
- There's no manager approval necessary but Tami has probably communicated the rules regarding this by the time this page is published.
For the sake of documentation, let's say we've entered a Appointment Date and it's time to move on:
